Affiliate Terms & Conditions

By applying to or participating in the Zojila Affiliate Program (“Program”), you (“Affiliate,” “you”) agree to these Terms & Conditions (the “Agreement”) with Zojila (“Zojila,” “we,” “us”). If you do not agree, do not join or continue in the Program. Zojila may change this Agreement at any time. Continued participation after a change is posted is acceptance of the change. If a change is unacceptable, your only remedy is to terminate your account.

By filling out the signup form you acknowledge that you have read the terms and conditions below for the Zojila Affiliate Program, understand, and agree with them.

1. Purpose of the ProgramThe Program exists so that people who use, understand, and can explain Zojila products may refer customers in exchange for a commission. We want Affiliates who:

  • cook, organize, or otherwise use the products in real life;
  • create original content (video, photography, writing, or social posts) that shows products in use and explains why they are worth buying;
  • send customers who would not otherwise have found us.

We do not want, and we will reject or remove, Affiliates whose primary method is:

  • coupon, deal, cashback, loyalty, or “discount code” aggregation;
  • paid search, shopping ads, or other paid media whose purpose is to intercept people already searching for Zojila;
  • trademark bidding, domain bidding, or last-click hijacking of brand demand.

Participation is permission to promote Zojila products under this Agreement. It is not a license to use our brand as you wish, and it is not an employment, partnership, or agency relationship.

By filling out the signup form you will automatically become an AFFILIATE and are bound by the terms of this agreement. Your participation in the program is solely for this purpose: to inform and promote our products in exchange for a commission on products purchased by your referral individuals. We are not looking for AFFILIATES that only offer coupons to customers.

2. Enrollment and approvalSubmitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. We may approve, waitlist, or decline any applicant for any reason, including poor fit with Section 1. We may require, before or after approval:
  • a link to your website, YouTube, or other channel;
  • examples of original content;
  • confirmation that you own or regularly use Zojila products;
  • pre-approval of links, creatives, and landing pages.
We may later reclassify, suspend, or terminate any account that does not match how it was described at signup.
3. Commission, tracking, and cookiesSubject to this Agreement, you earn 3% of the net merchandise value of a qualifying order attributed to your unique referral link or approved tracked code. “Net merchandise value” means the amount the customer paid for products, excluding taxes, shipping, gift wrap, duties, and amounts later refunded, charged back, or cancelled. If we issue you a tracked referral offer that also gives the customer a discount, that discount may be used only as we specify. You may not publicize a deeper discount, stack unauthorized codes, or present Zojila as a standing “coupon brand.

When a visitor uses your approved link, we may set a cookie and/or record other identifiers. A later purchase may be attributed to you if the cookie or other tracking we use is still valid at checkout.Cookie duration will be 30 days from the qualifying click, last-click unless we state otherwise in writing.

An order qualifies only if:
  • it is placed on zojila.com (or another domain we designate);
  • it is tracked to your approved link or code;
  • it is paid, shipped, and not cancelled, returned, or charged back during the hold period;
  • it was not generated by fraud, self-referral, incentive abuse, trademark bidding, or any practice banned below.
We may withhold or reverse commission on orders we reasonably believe are non-qualifying. Our records control in the event of a dispute over tracking, subject to good-faith review if you raise a specific order ID.
4. Hold period and paymentCommission on an order is held for 30 days after the ship date. Typical ship time is 1–7 days after the order is placed. The hold exists so we can net out returns, exchanges, cancellations, and fraud. Eligible, held-through commissions are calculated at the end of each calendar quarter. We send payment within about one week after quarter-end.

Payment will be made by Paypal. You are responsible for your own taxes. We may require a completed W-9 (or equivalent) and accurate payee information before any payment. We may withhold payment if your details are incomplete or appear inconsistent with anti-fraud checks. No payment on reversed orders. If a customer returns or charges back after you were paid, we may deduct the corresponding commission from a later payment or invoice you for it.
5. How you may promote (allowed)You may promote Zojila only in ways that match Section 1, including:
  • original videos, photos, and reviews that show products in use;
  • blog posts, newsletters, and social posts you control;
  • YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, or similar channels you own, with honest disclosure that you may earn a commission;
  • offline mentions (print, events) using approved names and URLs;
  • graphics and text we supply, or your own creatives after we approve them.
FTC and similar rules apply. You must clearly disclose the material connection (affiliate relationship) wherever you recommend us.You must use your unique tracking link or code. We cannot pay for traffic we cannot attribute.
6. What you may not do (prohibited)The following are grounds for immediate suspension, termination, and forfeiture of unpaid commission. Attempting to do them through a sub-affiliate, agency, ad account, or “partner site” is the same as doing them yourself.6.1 Coupon, deal, and cashback conductYou may not:
  • operate or list Zojila on a coupon, deal, code, cashback, loyalty, browser-extension, or “hottest discounts” site;
  • publish, invent, or guess coupon codes, including expired, leaked, or employee codes;
  • tell customers to “search for a Zojila coupon” or wait for a code at checkout;
  • use “Zojila coupon,” “Zojila discount,” “Zojila promo code,” “Zojila deal,” or similar as a title, ad headline, URL slug, or meta description;
  • apply a code or cashback on behalf of a user (including toolbars and auto-apply extensions).
If we give you a unique referral offer that includes a customer discount, you may describe that specific offer in your own content. You may not syndicate it to coupon networks.
6.2 Paid search, shopping ads, and “Google Ads hacking”Default rule: paid search and shopping ads that target Zojila are not allowed.You may not, in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, or any other paid search/shopping platform:
  • bid on our brand, product names, trademarks, slogans, or domain, including misspellings, plus-words, and phrase or broad match that pulls brand queries (examples: Zojila, Zojila dish rack, Rohan dish rack Zojila, zojila.com, zojiila);
  • bid on brand + coupon / discount / deal / code / review / official / login type combinations;
  • use our trademark or product names in ad headlines, descriptions, display paths, or sitelinks without prior written approval;
  • direct-link from an ad to zojila.com or any product page (ads, if ever approved, must land on a page you own);
  • use our URLs as display URLs or tracking templates in a way that impersonates us;
  • run Shopping, Performance Max, Demand Gen, or remarketing campaigns that use our product feed, our brand queries, or our site visitors without written approval.
If we ever approve a specific non-brand campaign in writing, that approval is limited to the keywords, geos, and landing pages listed. It can be revoked at any time.6.3 Other paid and unsolicited mediaYou may not:
  • buy ads that impersonate Zojila or our site;
  • run retargeting or remarketing against people who became “your” audience only by visiting zojila.com;
  • spam (unsolicited email, mass DMs, comment spam, newsgroup dumps, purchased lists);
  • promote on sites or channels that are illegal, deceptive, adult-explicit in a way that harms the brand, hate-based, or that we reasonably consider damaging;
  • use pop-ups, pop-unders, forced redirects, cookie stuffing, or hidden iframes to set your affiliate cookie;
  • bid on our brand in social ads in a way that pretends to be the official Zojila account.
  • run paid social ads on our exact brand name without written approval.
6.4 Brand, content, and honestyYou may not:
  • present yourself as Zojila, “official,” “authorized dealer,” or customer service;
  • copy our product copy, reviews, or photos except assets we provide or license;
  • make false claims (including “lowest price,” unsanctioned warranties, or medical/safety claims we do not make);
  • alter product images in a misleading way;
  • buy your own products through your link, or have household members / employees do so to generate commission (self-referral);
  • use incentivized or misleading clicks (pay-to-click, fake giveaways whose only goal is cookie drops).
6.5 Intellectual propertyZojila retains all rights in its names, logos, product names, designs, photos, and site content. You get only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive permission to use approved assets to perform this Agreement. That permission ends when your account ends. You may not register domains, social handles, or ads that include Zojila or confusing variants (including zojila-coupons.com and similar).
7. Quality, approval of creatives, and monitoringWe may require pre-approval of any page, video, ad, or email that uses our name. We may require changes or takedowns. We may monitor search ads, coupon sites, and your properties (including trademark monitoring and ad-library checks). You agree to tell us, on request, which traffic sources produced a given order. If we ask you to stop a practice, you must stop within 48 hours. Failure is grounds for termination and clawback.
8. Suspension and terminationWe may suspend or terminate your account immediately if we believe you have violated this Agreement, damaged the brand, generated non-incremental or fraudulent orders, or no longer fit Section 1. On termination:
  • you must remove Zojila links, codes, and brand assets;
  • unpaid commission on non-qualifying or prohibited-source orders is forfeited;
  • unpaid commission on clean, already-shipped, hold-complete orders may still be paid at the next scheduled date, at our discretion if termination was for cause.
You may terminate at any time by written notice (email is sufficient).
9. Liability, indemnity, and operation of the siteThe Program and site are provided as available. We do not warrant error-free tracking, uninterrupted uptime, or any particular volume of sales.Zojila is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-commission damages, including losses from tracking failures, data issues, or another person’s misuse of links.Our total liability to you under this Agreement will not exceed the commissions paid or payable to you in the 12 months before the claim.You will indemnify and hold Zojila harmless from claims, damages, and costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your promotions, your site or channel, your ads, your violation of law (including CAN-SPAM and advertising-disclosure rules), or your infringement of third-party rights.You will comply with all applicable laws in the places you promote.
10. Data and our siteZojila owns the customer relationship and all data created on zojila.com. You do not receive customer lists. You must not scrape, store, or reuse customer data from checkout beyond what a customer voluntarily gives you on your property.
11. Governing lawThis Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.If there is a dispute, both parties agree that Zojila may require arbitration or mediation in Tippecanoe County, Indiana, instead of a lawsuit. Exclusive venue for any court proceeding is the courts in Tippecanoe County, Indiana.
12. AcceptanceBy submitting the signup form, using a Zojila affiliate link, or continuing to promote Zojila after these terms are posted, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to this Agreement.
