Zojila warrants all its products against any manufacturing defects. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 30 days for a full refund of the merchandise cost.

Problems with your order
If your order is incorrect, damaged, incomplete, or you have any questions about your product(s) please contact customer service by calling 765 404 3767 or e-mailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Please retain the product package as well as the shipping carton until the issue is resolved.
If there is a manufacturing defect or shipping damage to the item you received, we will replace it at no cost to you. Please hold on to the original item and packaging. If you are returning an item because it does not fit your space or because you don't like it, we will still refund the full item cost as long as you send it back to us in good condition. Please note that shipping costs are not refunded.
