Warranty
Zojila warrants all its products against any manufacturing defects. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 30 days for a full refund of the merchandise cost. We will send you a return label and packaging instructions. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Failure to follow packaging instructions leading to product damage may cause deductions from your refund.
You can register your product for warranty by posting a product review or by following us on our social media pages.
Order cancellation, Returns and Exchanges
If you request an order cancellation before the order is shipped, we can do that if we receive your request before the order is shipped. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee to cover credit card processing fees. Currently this fee is 2.6% of the order value and applies twice, once for the order placement fee and again for crediting you refund to your card.
If you need to return or exchange an item, please call or text 765 404 3767 or e-mail contact@zojila.com to obtain instructions on how to proceed. Please retain the product package as well as the shipping carton. We do not accept returns from outside the USA due to import duties and tarriffs.
Problems with your order
If your order is incorrect, damaged, incomplete, or you have any questions about your product(s) please contact customer service by calling 765 404 3767 or e-mailing contact@zojila.com. Please retain the product package as well as the shipping carton until the issue is resolved.
If there is a manufacturing defect or shipping damage to the item you received, we will replace it at no cost to you. Please hold on to the original item and packaging. If you are returning an item because it does not fit your space or because you don't like it, we will still refund the full item cost as long as you send it back to us in good condition. Please note that shipping costs are non refundable.
