Most utensil holders in the market are just round containers.  The 'Satara' utensil bin offers a lot more than just pleasing aesthetics..  First of all it has two separate compartments of different depths.  The deeper one at the back can hold your turners, ladles and other large items while the shallower one in front is convenient for smaller items that could be difficult to fish out of a deep bin.  The oval shape not only has a pleasing look to it, it also naturally accommodates items of varying size.  The bin has holes on its bottom panel to prevent collecting water from wet utensils and the divider plate is perforated as well allowing for air drying.  The unit is constructed very ruggedly of 18-8 stainless steel. Removable partitions divide each compartment into 3 spaces and a base piece acts as water catchment tray and surface protector.

Satara is a 16th century city in India's Maharashtra state and gets its name from the seven forts in its vicinity.
