Return and Refund Policy
Warranty
Zojila warrants all its products against manufacturing defects. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days for a full refund of the merchandise cost, provided the item is returned in good condition.
We recommend registering your product for warranty by any of the methods listed on the warranty page.
Order Cancellation
You may request to cancel your order before it has been shipped. If we receive your cancellation request prior to shipping, we will process the cancellation. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 2.6% of the order value to cover credit card processing fees (applied once for the original charge and once for issuing the refund).
Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please wait until the order has been delivered and then contact us for return instructions.
Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives incorrect, damaged, incomplete, or if you have any questions about your product(s), please contact customer service by emailing contact@zojila.com or calling/texting 765-404-3767. Please retain the original product packaging and shipping carton until the issue is resolved.
If the item has a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, we will replace it at no cost to you. If you are returning the item because it does not fit your space or because you simply don’t like it, we will still issue a full refund of the merchandise cost as long as the item is returned in good condition.
Returns & Exchanges
To initiate a return, please email contact@zojila.com or call/text 765-404-3767 for instructions.
Please retain the original product packaging and shipping carton. We can provide a pre-paid return shipping label. The cost of this label will be deducted from your refund. This option is usually cheaper than using your own shipping method.

We do not recommend returning products from outside the USA due to high shipping costs, import duties and tariffs. If we do have to process an international return, you will be liable for all the associated costs.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit card) used for the purchase. Please note the following condition.
Shipping costs, both to and fro are non-refundable.
Failure to follow packaging instructions that results in product damage may result in deductions from your refund.
