The rep from Zojila spent an hour with me assisting in getting a method of payment to go through. Can’t tell me they don’t have great service! The product is as hoped and described. No doubt in my mind the Rohan dish rack will outlast me.

To be honest, I was a bit skeptical when my wife wanted to purchase this, but happy wife happy life. Now that we have it, it looks and works great, really pleased with it.

Went through a few dish rack, and THIS is by far the BEST! as trivial as the water catching tray is, it's a BIG deal in the design. One expects a rack to serve well, and well designed, but the tray seems to be a secondary thought for all other racks. THIS one is PART of the design. The sturdy stainless drip tray works WELL! Easy to clean, and does NOT warp. the warping on the plastic trays is the reason for the eventual frustration and failure of the intended rack for "drying". In addition, this rack is EASY to keep clean! OMG! The perfect design!

Fits perfect, as the measurements were clearly described online.

purchased this in december 2023 (it is currently january 2024) and am happy to report it still looks brand new. we purchased with the sponge holder which is a great add. the silverware drainer does need to be cleaned occasionally but less often than our previous plastic dish drainers.

I've been replacing everything plastic in my kitchen with either glass or stainless steel, and was so happy to find out about this company. This dish rack sits perfectly next to my sink, and I love how the excess water drains right away. It's easy to clean and maintain, and I appreciate how lovely it looks. It might be a bigger investment upfront, but it's worth it to know that I'm not exposing myself to extra micro-plastics or unwanted germs!

Incredibly easy to assemble and to clean. Less capacity than the simplehuman one I had before, despite having the exact same footprint, and I do miss the knife block thing, but so happy to have an ALL stainless steel one and it looks beautiful.

So far so good. Had it about a 2 weeks. I appreciate the element of design incorporated. All our plates have different designs themselves, and it's like a gallery having them all lined up.

It is easy to use and fits in our cupboard when not in use. It holds a good amount of dishes and we like that bowls as well as lids and cutting boards work on the sloped side. We do have hard water so it leaves white spots on the drainer but they wash off easily and are not a big deal for us. It drains very well. Our old dish rack used to leak onto the counter so this is a big improvement. We like the simplicity of the style and that it takes much less space on the counter than our old one. Very pleased with the purchase.
