Only have had the dish rack for a week, 1st observation is fit, finish & quality of the 18-8 SS Rack is worth the price. Tossed out my rusted KitchenAid the day I received the Zojila.

I purchased an extra cutlery holder because I use fat-handled utensils. They often fill up the holder making a second one useful. I like the zig-zag insert as it allows me to insert long items (pancake turners, bread knives. etc.) without them falling out.
