Zojila warrants all its products against any manufacturing defects. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 30 days for a full refund of the merchandise cost.
In order to return an item, please e-mail email@example.com to obtain instructions on how to proceed. Please retain the product package as well as the shipping carton. We can send you a pre-paid return label which will be cheaper for you and the cost will be deducted from your refund.

Problems with your order
If your order is incorrect, damaged, incomplete, or you have any questions about your product(s) please e-mail email@example.com. Please retain the product package as well as the shipping carton.
If there is a manufacturing defect or shipping damage to the item your received, we will replace it at no cost to you. Please hold on to the original item and packaging as we may arrange for you to send it back to us. If you are returning the item because it does not fit your space or because you don't like it, we will still refund the full item cost as long as you send it back to us in good condition. Please note that shipping costs are not refunded.
Refunds will be posted to your card used to make the purchase. Please note that shipping costs are not refundable, however we can send you a pre-paid return shipping label, the cost of which we will deduct from your refund. This can save you quite a few dollars in shipping costs.
